Hi all, many thanks to everybody who took part in the survey, it was really good to get so many responses, it's nice to know that people care!

What do you think about the amount of DJ Mixes (and shows) on Energy FM?

So we guess this means the majority of people are happy with the balance of output between mixes and playlists. Obviously we can't please everybody all of the time!

Do you care about whether we post track listings for the DJ Mixes (and shows) on the website?

So that's a yes then! It takes a long time to put the tracklistings onto the website, so we're glad people do care about them, otherwise we would have stopped doing it.

There's no real emphasis here that we need to change the music policy of the station. I guess that if people didn't like the music they wouldn't be here anyway! And we're not going to change the music to attract more listeners and risk losing the current, loyal listeners.

Would you like a forum on the Energy FM website to talk to other listeners?

The current message board is under used and attracting too much spam, so we have now closed it and have added a new Forum to the website. Enjoy!

We also had lots of comments as well, here's a brief summary with responses:

there should be less R&B pretending to be house Ok fair enough, we have made some changes to the playlisting system so you should he hearing less of the remixes.

I'd like the track listing to play on my internet radio - a Revo Pico Radio Station. Other stuff shows up on the "now playing..." menu, but yours doesn't so if I like a track, I have to check the website. Not sure why this is so, will look into the tech specs of the Revo and see what is wrong...

Not repeat the same popular songs 3x a day everyday. Playlists should be randomised after 2 in row from the same genre. As mentioned above, we have changed the playlisting system. You should already be hearing the same new tunes less often, we have started adding more of the new tunes we get sent by the record companies to the playlist. This will mean you will less familiar tunes though...

Option to purchase a download mix. Where possible, we supply free download links. If there is a particular DJ whose sets you would like to download, let us know and we will ask them.

Don't mind mixes, but cut the chat. Some of the DJs do talk during their shows, but they usually keep it to a minimum and it's about the music.

You do a great job already when are you going DAB? Even the big players can't afford DAB etc so we're afraid not :(
